Job Summary
Enrichers Investment Group, based in Lahore, is seeking a dedicated full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team on-site. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless daily office operations by providing comprehensive administrative and executive support. The successful candidate will manage a variety of clerical duties, handle phone communications with professionalism, assist executives, and maintain effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders. We are looking for a proactive individual who upholds a high standard of office decorum and contributes positively to the overall work environment.

Key Responsibilities
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily office functions through a range of tasks. This includes managing incoming and outgoing phone calls with proper etiquette, handling reception and front desk duties efficiently, and coordinating communication between various stakeholders. The role also involves organizing travel arrangements and managing phone and email correspondence to ensure smooth information flow.

In addition, the candidate will assist in event planning and coordination activities, maintain office cleanliness, and ensure the organization of office spaces. Routine purchasing of office supplies such as stationery and equipment will be overseen, along with managing the maintenance of office equipment. Ensuring office safety and compliance standards are met is also a critical part of this position.

The Administrative Assistant will provide food and beverage service when required and maintain accurate reporting and record-keeping systems. Flexibility and a willingness to take on additional duties as needed are essential to support the dynamic needs of the office.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative roles, demonstrating strong organizational and time-management skills. A relevant graduation degree is required to qualify for this position. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

The candidate must hold a valid driver’s license, reflecting the occasional need for travel or errands. Attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities are critical to managing the diverse responsibilities of this role. Professional office decorum and an appropriate dressing sense are mandatory to maintain the company’s standards.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
While prior experience in administration is preferred, it is not mandatory for consideration. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs60,000, reflecting the candidate’s skills and experience.
