Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team in an entry-level capacity. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update data within different systems and databases, maintaining precision at all times.
- Verify data for errors and inconsistencies to ensure the highest level of accuracy.
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical files to facilitate easy retrieval.
- Assist in processing data entry requests originating from multiple departments.
- Conduct basic data audits to uphold data integrity and quality standards.
- Support departments by preparing data reports and summaries as required.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive data and ensure compliance with relevant privacy regulations.
- Address incoming queries related to data entry and provide timely assistance.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and faxing to support daily operations.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required; however, a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Basic experience in data entry or administrative roles, including internships or part-time positions, is necessary.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Basic understanding of data protection laws such as GDPR or HIPAA is advantageous but not mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs50,000.
- Candidates must be available to work onsite in Johar Town from 6 PM to 3 AM, with 1-2 hours of schedule flexibility.
