Key Responsibilities
As a Lead Generation Executive at Healthwire, you will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and driving business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include contacting potential customers using provided data or leads and proactively identifying new leads through phone calls, online platforms, and referrals. You will confidently and clearly explain Healthwire’s products and services to prospective clients, ensuring they understand the value we offer.
Handling customer inquiries and managing objections effectively will be essential to your success in this role. You will conduct regular follow-ups with interested leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and customer interactions within our system is crucial for tracking progress and ensuring seamless communication.
Collaboration with the sales team will be key to converting leads into paying customers. You will be expected to meet daily and weekly targets related to calls and lead generation activities, contributing directly to the company’s growth objectives.
Required Qualifications
To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers over the phone. Experience or a demonstrated aptitude in lead generation and customer outreach is essential. You should be comfortable handling objections and providing clear, persuasive explanations of products and services.

Job Type and Compensation
This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary of Rs35,000.
