Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant who has successfully cleared all CA examinations and completed a minimum of 3.5 years of articleship at a reputable Chartered Accountant firm. The ideal candidate will bring advanced expertise in accounting principles and financial regulations, coupled with strong leadership, technical, analytical, and organizational skills. Integrity, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication abilities are essential for this role. The candidate must be detail-oriented and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to work beyond regular hours when necessary to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities to support the organization’s financial health. Managing the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions will be a critical part of the role. Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and assisting with audit processes will also be required.
Conducting thorough financial analysis to aid business decision-making is essential. The role involves leading and developing the finance team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Additionally, the candidate will identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Collaboration with various departments to provide timely financial insights and support will be expected. The ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and work late hours when necessary is important to meet organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant qualification with all papers cleared.
- A minimum of 3.5 years of articleship experience from a reputable Chartered Accountant firm.

Working Conditions and Additional Information
This is a full-time position based at our Lake City Office in Lahore. The work schedule includes six days per week, with an eight-hour shift each day. Candidates should be prepared for occasional late working hours depending on workload and deadlines. The monthly salary range for this role is Rs190,000 to Rs250,000.
