HR Officer

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated HR professional to manage the daily human resources operations within our organization. This full-time position is ideal for a candidate with hands-on HR experience, preferably in the logistics sector, who can efficiently oversee HR processes to ensure smooth and effective operations. The role requires strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel, including practical knowledge of V-lookup and Pivot Tables, to support data management and reporting tasks. The workplace is conveniently located near Lucky One Mall in the FB Area, Lyari, Korangi Mehran Town. The position offers a competitive monthly salary of Rs. 45,000 along with a fuel allowance.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily HR operations and administrative duties to maintain seamless HR functions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Facilitate clear and timely communication between management and employees, acting as a liaison to support organizational goals.
- Assist in recruitment activities, including candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and supporting the onboarding process for new hires.
- Support payroll processing and attendance tracking to ensure accurate and timely compensation.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel extensively for data analysis and reporting, applying advanced functions such as V-lookup and Pivot Tables to generate meaningful insights.
- Manage correspondence and scheduling tasks efficiently using Microsoft Outlook to support HR workflows.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is mandatory.
- A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of practical experience in human resources, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the logistics industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel, including working knowledge of advanced Excel features like V-lookup and Pivot Tables.
