itechents, a leading technology company specializing in IT training and certifications in areas such as cloud computing, DevOps automation, storage, and cybersecurity, is seeking a dedicated Customer Services Representative. This role plays a vital part in attracting new customers and accelerating business growth by designing and executing effective lead generation strategies. The successful candidate will focus on expanding outreach efforts and strengthening the company’s market presence through targeted campaigns and data-driven methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
The Customer Services Representative will be responsible for researching and identifying new lead opportunities using platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and other lead generation tools. Engaging potential customers through email campaigns and cold calls will be a core part of the role. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date lead information within company databases is essential to ensure smooth follow-up and tracking.
You will develop and implement innovative customer engagement strategies, particularly leveraging LinkedIn and email outreach, to maximize lead conversion. Managing lead generation campaigns end-to-end—from initial planning through execution and analysis—will be a key responsibility. Providing regular reports to management on campaign progress, including key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement, will help refine ongoing strategies.
Data analysis will be critical to optimize campaigns and consistently meet or exceed lead generation targets. Strong communication and marketing skills are necessary to effectively promote itechents’ services to prospective clients. Collaboration with operations, business services, and country management teams will ensure proper resource allocation to achieve revenue and volume goals. Efficient task prioritization, monthly progress monitoring, thorough follow-up, and a systematic approach to work will be expected to maintain high productivity.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of two years of proven experience as a Customer Services Representative or in a similar role is required, with a demonstrated track record of successful lead generation campaigns and measurable results.
Comprehensive knowledge of lead generation techniques, lead management systems, and marketing automation tools is essential. Strong analytical skills are needed to interpret data, extract actionable insights, and make informed decisions that optimize campaign outcomes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are critical, enabling clear presentation of ideas to diverse audiences.
The ideal candidate will possess creative problem-solving abilities focused on innovation and continuous improvement. The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines, is a must.
