Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stock inputs and outputs to ensure inventory integrity.
- Supervise the receiving and dispatching of stock, verifying all processes for accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely and precise entry of courier shipment details into the system, closely monitoring stock movement throughout the logistics cycle.
- Coordinate with multiple courier companies to track shipments, facilitate clearances, and resolve any delivery issues promptly.
- Follow up rigorously on undelivered or pending shipments, ensuring all related documentation is complete and properly maintained.
- Prepare and generate daily and weekly reports on inventory status and logistics activities to support management decision-making.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of practical experience in logistics management or warehouse operations.
- Strong proficiency in inventory management software and related tools to manage stock and shipment data effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise efficiently with courier partners and internal teams.
- A detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve logistical challenges promptly.
