Job Summary
Juggernaut Commerce, a leading digital marketing agency headquartered in Karachi, Pakistan, is looking for a highly organized and experienced Manager Accounts and Admin to join its team. Serving key markets in Australia, the US, and Pakistan, the company specializes in advanced digital marketing solutions including SEO, PPC advertising, marketplace account management, and pay-per-lead generation. This full-time, onsite role is ideal for a professional who can efficiently manage daily financial operations and administrative functions, ensuring smooth processes that support the company’s growth. Preference will be given to candidates residing near DHA Phase 8, Karachi.
Key Responsibilities
The Manager Accounts and Admin will be responsible for overseeing all financial transactions and ensuring the preparation of accurate financial reports. This includes managing payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and tracking income and expenses meticulously. The role demands strict compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal company policies.
A critical part of the job is reconciling e-commerce transactions such as sales, refunds, fees, and other related financial activities to maintain financial accuracy. Monitoring cash flow and providing actionable recommendations for financial improvements will be essential to support business sustainability.
The candidate will also maintain up-to-date knowledge of Pakistan’s tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance. On the administrative side, the manager will supervise daily office operations to guarantee smooth workflows and develop policies and procedures aimed at improving organizational efficiency.
Managing vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement processes effectively will be a key responsibility. The role requires close collaboration with other departments to integrate accounting and administrative functions seamlessly, fostering a cohesive working environment. Additionally, the manager will train and mentor team members to maintain high performance and professional standards.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field and have at least three years of experience in accounts and administration roles. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office applications is essential for this position.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to interact effectively within the team and with external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask efficiently in a dynamic work environment. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well within a team are also important.

Juggernaut Commerce offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 75,000 to 100,000. The working hours are flexible, from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, providing a balanced work schedule.
