Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and motivated professional to join our Client Servicing & Business Development team at our Lahore, Gulberg 3 office. This full-time position, operating from 10 AM to 6 PM, is perfect for someone passionate about marketing and media who thrives on building strong client relationships and driving business growth. As an integral part of our media agency, you will engage directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized advertising solutions that foster long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
You will act as the primary liaison between the agency and potential clients, ensuring clear and effective communication at all times. Building and maintaining strong client relationships is essential, achieved by thoroughly understanding their media requirements and proposing tailored advertising strategies. A major focus will be to drive media sales by acquiring new clients and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
Your role will also involve facilitating a smooth onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they have a positive experience from the start. Collaboration with internal teams—including creative, media buying, and digital departments—is crucial to align client objectives with campaign execution effectively. Regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings will help maintain engagement and satisfaction.
Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date database of leads and client interactions using CRM tools is important for tracking progress and opportunities. Staying informed about industry trends and deepening your knowledge of the agency’s service offerings will enable you to proactively recommend innovative ideas that enhance client engagement and increase sales volume. Additionally, you will handle client inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally to uphold high satisfaction levels.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Mass Communication, Advertising, or Social Sciences. You must have 2 to 3 years of experience in the advertising or media industry. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with CRM software are essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to manage client interactions effectively.
The ability to manage multiple clients and projects efficiently under pressure is critical, along with strong organizational and time management skills. A results-driven mindset with a passion for client success and business growth will help you excel in this role.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, combined with confidence in pitching services and closing deals, are highly desirable. A genuine passion for media, marketing, branding, or advertising will set you apart. While prior experience in client servicing or sales is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
This role offers the opportunity to work within a full-service creative and digital media agency specializing in 2D/3D TVCs & Animation, Social Media Management & Content, Branding & Logo Design, SEO, Digital Ads, and Web Development. We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs100,000, commensurate with experience and performance. Please note that this position requires in-person attendance at our Lahore office.
