Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR professional to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role focuses on managing daily human resources operations with an emphasis on payroll administration, compliance, and employee onboarding. The ideal candidate will actively support talent acquisition efforts, collaborate with the training team to conduct departmental training sessions, and maintain an organized employee filing system. Additionally, the role involves contributing to the development and implementation of HR objectives and systems. The position requires flexibility to travel to various cities within assigned zones, ensuring effective HR support across locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily HR operations to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Administer payroll processes accurately and ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Handle employee onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization.
- Support talent acquisition by participating in recruitment activities and assisting with candidate selection.
- Collaborate with the training team to coordinate and conduct training sessions across departments, enhancing employee skills and knowledge.
- Maintain a well-organized employee filing system, ensuring all records are up to date and easily accessible.
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR objectives, policies, and systems.
- Travel as required to different cities within designated zones to provide on-site HR support and ensure consistent HR practices.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in HR functions, including recruitment, training, performance management, payroll processing, and handling full and final settlements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for data management and reporting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with employees and management.
- Ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Presentation skills to deliver training sessions and communicate HR initiatives clearly.
- A positive attitude with a proactive approach toward work and problem-solving.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work on-site as required by the role.

Compensation
- The monthly salary for this position ranges from Rs 50,000 to Rs 55,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Work Location
- This is an in-person role requiring attendance at the office and travel within assigned zones.
