A US-based company managing multiple Dairy Queen restaurant franchises is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Representative to join their team. Key Responsibilities
The HR Representative will be responsible for screening resumes and shortlisting candidates for various restaurant roles. Conducting phone and video interviews in fluent English is essential to assess candidate suitability. Managing applicant data efficiently using the ATS system, specifically Paycor, is a core part of the role. The candidate will also post job advertisements and maintain visibility across multiple hiring platforms to attract quality applicants. Close coordination with the HR Manager is required to meet daily and weekly hiring targets. Additionally, the role involves assisting with onboarding processes and ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate. Adhering to recruitment procedures with efficiency and attention to detail is critical for success in this position.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should have 2 to 3 years of experience in HR or recruitment, preferably with exposure to international or US-based companies. Strong spoken and written English communication skills are mandatory to interact effectively with the US team and candidates. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously is essential. Candidates must demonstrate a positive attitude, be self-motivated, and work well within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry is highly preferred, as it provides relevant context for the hiring challenges faced. Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Paycor, Workable, or BambooHR will be advantageous. The work schedule is Monday to Saturday, from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time, with Saturdays being a half-day. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 100,000 to 130,000. Working remotely allows for flexibility and the opportunity to gain exposure to international HR practices.
