We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team of Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing and delivering impactful digital products that drive business value and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Product Designer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers, to build sophisticated and large-scale digital products. Your work will involve conducting user research and analyzing data to deeply understand customer needs and business challenges.

You will partner with product owners to craft and execute user-centric, data-driven product strategies. This includes identifying product opportunities, developing concepts, structuring user interactions, and designing intuitive user interfaces and touchpoints. You will own design challenges end-to-end—from initial ideation through execution and iteration.

Maintaining adherence to the Securiti Design System Standard is essential, as is contributing to the evolution of our Global Design Language across the product suite. You will create simple, elegant solutions to complex user pain points, continuously enhancing usability and functionality.

Balancing business goals, technical constraints, timelines, and user needs will be a key part of your role. You will communicate your vision clearly through storytelling and presentations, building alignment across teams. As a thought partner, you will collaborate closely with colleagues in product, engineering, and operations.

Staying current on industry trends and emerging technologies is important, as you will champion design excellence throughout the organization.

Required Qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience in User Experience, Interaction, and Interface design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Arts, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools, especially Figma.
- Experience working with Design Systems, including Figma components, Autolayout, and variants, is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to design products featuring data visualization.
- Strong conceptual skills with openness to feedback, driving projects to completion while securing organizational buy-in.
- Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to reprioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
- Superior communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for representing the company’s vision through compelling storytelling in product design.
