We are seeking a motivated professional to join our team and take ownership of organizational communications, employee engagement, and onboarding processes. This role will be pivotal in aligning communication strategies with Consumer Healthcare (CHC) standards and enhancing the overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Standardize and manage all forms of organizational communication, including written, verbal, visual, and social media content, ensuring consistency with CHC requirements and brand guidelines.
- Oversee the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) by designing and delivering tailored experiences, benefits, and rewards aimed at attracting and retaining top talent.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and foster a cohesive communication strategy throughout the organization.
- Lead the onboarding process, differentiating it from simple orientation by providing a comprehensive integration experience for new hires, in partnership with People & Culture and People Services teams.
- Develop and implement rewards and recognition programs to boost employee motivation and engagement. This includes organizing appreciation events, facilitating flexible work arrangements, and providing symbolic acknowledgments such as plaques or certificates.
- Coordinate GBS Connect sessions and local hub townhalls to communicate global updates effectively and align agendas across regional hubs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Corporate Communication or a related discipline.
- Eligibility for VISA validation under the VIE program in India, which requires graduation within the last year.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in Communication and Brand-Building within a reputable organization.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently, demonstrate agility, and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Fluency in both English and French is mandatory.
- Compliance with French-Indian VIE visa requirements: candidates must have graduated within the past year and possess no more than one year of prior professional experience.
