District Field Supervisor (DFS)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced District Field Supervisor (DFS) for a full-time position based in Khuzdar, Pakistan. This role falls under the Program Management category and requires a minimum of three years of relevant experience. The DFS will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of project activities within the assigned district, ensuring alignment with the Project Performance Management (PPM) framework and Active Case Finding (ACF) Operational Guidelines. Key Responsibilities
The District Field Supervisor will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of project activities at the district level. Key duties include:
- Managing and supervising the overall implementation of project tasks in accordance with the PPM framework and ACF Operational Guidelines.
- Coordinating with various stakeholders, including local teams and partners, to ensure smooth project operations and timely delivery of objectives.
- Monitoring and evaluating the progress of ongoing activities to identify challenges and implement corrective measures promptly.
- Maintaining high standards of operational efficiency and ensuring compliance with all program policies and procedures.
- Utilizing strong analytical skills to assess data and reports, enabling informed decision-making and continuous improvement of project outcomes.
- Demonstrating self-motivation and initiative to manage responsibilities independently while contributing positively to team efforts.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- A minimum of three years’ experience in program management or a closely related field, with proven expertise in project implementation.
- Comprehensive understanding of project management processes and operational guidelines, particularly within the context of health or community-based programs.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and monitor project performance effectively.
- Self-driven with excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, maintaining clear communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
