Key Responsibilities
Waiters are responsible for accurately taking and promptly delivering room service orders to guests, ensuring each order meets our high standards of quality and presentation. Waiters must also ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive and courteous service throughout the dining experience.

The Restaurant Manager will oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring smooth coordination between the service, kitchen, and housekeeping teams. Order Takers will handle incoming room service calls, accurately recording guest orders into the system.
