Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our human resources team and support daily HR operations. This role plays a vital part in maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating recruitment efforts, assisting with onboarding new hires, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional in handling employee inquiries, and committed to ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
The HR Assistant will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day functions of the HR department. This includes maintaining comprehensive employee records and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. You will coordinate recruitment activities by posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates to facilitate a seamless hiring process.

Onboarding new employees will be another key area of focus. You will manage all necessary documentation and assist in conducting orientation sessions to help new hires integrate smoothly into the organization. Maintaining and updating HR databases, attendance records, and employee files is essential to keep all information current and reliable.

Additionally, you will help organize employee engagement activities and events designed to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Responding to employee queries related to HR policies, leave management, and other general HR matters will require professionalism and clear communication.

You will also assist in preparing various HR-related reports and official correspondence as needed by the HR department, contributing to effective internal communication and record-keeping.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should ideally hold a Bachelor’s degree. Strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities are essential to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality. A basic understanding of HR functions and procedures is required to perform the role successfully.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Previous experience in an HR support role is advantageous and will help you adapt quickly to this position. This is a full-time, in-person role offering a monthly salary of Rs40,000.00. Working onsite provides valuable hands-on experience within a collaborative HR team environment.
