Job Summary
A Dubai-based property management software company, established in 2017, is seeking a Creative AI Content Developer to join their Lahore office. This role is ideal for a digitally savvy and creatively driven individual who can harness AI tools like ChatGPT and Sora to craft compelling, minimalistic digital animations and visual content. The position focuses on storytelling and design principles rather than full-scale animation, emphasizing the use of modern AI technologies to produce simple, smart, and engaging visuals for marketing, branding, and communication purposes.

Key Responsibilities
The Creative AI Content Developer will be responsible for producing short digital animations using lightweight motion software such as Sora, PowerPoint animation, Canva, or similar tools. They will leverage AI platforms like ChatGPT to generate voice-over scripts, copy, and narrative content that align with brand messaging. Collaboration with Sora AI video tools will be essential to create real-life video compositions enriched with inspiring overlays and structured storytelling elements.

Additional duties include editing and overlaying voiceovers, subtitles, and callouts to maintain consistency with the company’s tone and style. The candidate will ideate and prototype micro-content—such as 4 to 10-second videos and simple animations—for social media, product explainers, and internal communications. Close cooperation with marketing, branding, and product teams is required to bring content ideas from concept to final delivery. Staying current with emerging AI and content creation tools is also a key part of the role to ensure continuous improvement in quality and efficiency.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in AI content creation tools, including ChatGPT, Sora, Runway, Pika, or similar platforms. Experience with basic digital animation tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, and foundational After Effects skills is essential. A creative mindset capable of translating abstract concepts into concise, impactful visuals is required, along with a solid understanding of visual storytelling and minimalist design principles.

Comfort with voice-over generation tools, audio syncing, and subtitle integration is necessary. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines. Self-motivation and the capacity to work independently are important attributes for success in this role.

Preferred Qualifications and Attributes
Basic experience with video editing software such as CapCut, Premiere Rush, or Descript is preferred. Familiarity with branding, marketing, and social media content trends will be advantageous. The candidate should be able to propose innovative ideas and recommend AI tools that optimize workflows.

A curious and proactive personality with a passion for experimenting with new technologies is highly valued. Strong aesthetic sensibility, particularly an appreciation for simplicity and clean design, is important. The ability to work effectively both independently and within small, agile teams is also preferred.
