Job Summary
The Branch Manager at PNY Trainings Rawalpindi will be responsible for the overall management, operational efficiency, and profitability of the IT Training Institute branch. This leadership role demands a strong focus on driving student admissions, managing daily branch operations, and leading the sales team to achieve ambitious revenue and growth targets. Success in this position requires expertise in sales strategy, lead conversion, team leadership, and delivering high-quality educational services.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth:
You will develop and implement effective sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment goals. Identifying new business opportunities through corporate partnerships, institutional collaborations, and local marketing efforts will be a key focus. Lead generation activities will include both online and offline channels such as seminars, workshops, and career fairs. Monitoring competitor activities and improving inquiry-to-admission conversion rates will be essential to maintain a competitive advantage.
Branch Operations:
Overseeing the smooth day-to-day functioning of the branch is critical. This includes managing the scheduling and delivery of training programs, ensuring the branch facilities and infrastructure support a professional learning environment, and coordinating with trainers to maintain course quality and adherence to timelines.
Team Leadership:
You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising front-desk staff, sales counselors, and support personnel. Setting clear key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting regular performance reviews, and motivating the team to achieve targets while maintaining high service standards are vital components of this role.
Customer Relationship Management:
Promptly addressing student or parent concerns to ensure high satisfaction levels is essential. Implementing feedback mechanisms to continuously improve training services and enhance the overall student experience will be part of your responsibilities.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare and present detailed branch performance reports covering sales data, growth trends, and expense management. Utilize CRM and MIS tools to track key performance metrics and effectively manage the student lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Education, or a related field. An MBA is preferred. A minimum of four years’ experience in the education or training sector is required, including at least two years in a leadership or sales role. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth is essential. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are mandatory. Familiarity with IT certifications and technical training programs such as Python, Java, Data Science, and Cloud technologies is advantageous. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office is also required.
Additional Details
This full-time position is based at the Rawalpindi branch and requires in-person attendance. Working hours are from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The role is open to male candidates only. The salary range offered is between Rs. 60,000 and Rs. 70,000 per month.
