QA Intern

Job Summary
Brandix Soft (Pvt.) Ltd, a prominent digital marketing agency specializing in SEO, Web Development, Google My Business (GMB) Management, Google Ads, and IT services for clients in the UK and US, is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance Intern (female) to join their team. Key Responsibilities

Call Quality Assurance:
The intern will monitor and evaluate inbound and outbound calls to ensure adherence to scripts, customer service standards, and company policies. They will assist in generating quality assurance reports that highlight key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Providing constructive feedback to agents under supervision is a critical part of the role. Additionally, the intern will support the development of training materials based on findings from QA activities.

Software Quality Assurance (SQA):
The intern will assist in manual testing of web applications and digital products, helping to create and execute test cases under guidance. They will be responsible for reporting and tracking bugs or defects using issue-tracking tools. Supporting documentation of test results and QA processes is also expected. The role offers the opportunity to learn and apply basic automation testing concepts if applicable.

Required Qualifications

Education:
Candidates should be recent graduates or currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related fields.

Language Skills:
Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with a neutral accent are essential.

Technical Skills:
A basic understanding of quality assurance methodologies is required. Familiarity with MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is necessary.

Soft Skills:
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, analytical thinking abilities, and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Shift Availability:
Candidates must be able to work from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Friday, aligning with UK business hours.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Exposure to software testing concepts, including both manual and automation testing, is considered an advantage. This internship is a three-month program designed to provide practical experience in call quality assurance and software testing. Successful interns may be offered full-time employment based on their performance.

The internship is onsite at Brandix Soft’s office located in Al Hafeez Shopping Mall, Gulberg Main Boulevard, Lahore. Interns will join a dynamic team within a leading digital marketing agency, gaining valuable industry exposure. The role offers potential career growth and a competitive monthly stipend ranging from Rs20,000 to Rs40,000.
