Job Summary
The First Sol (TFS), a forward-thinking company specializing in web development, mobile application development (Android & iOS), ecommerce development, and web & mobile design, is seeking a dedicated Technical Recruiter to join its team in Johar Town, Lahore. This full-time, on-site role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 40,000 to 45,000. Working hours are from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities
The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process from start to finish. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates to meet the company’s staffing needs. Close collaboration with hiring managers is essential to fully understand both technical and non-technical job requirements, ensuring the recruitment strategy aligns with the company’s goals. The recruiter will post job openings on relevant platforms and maintain the applicant tracking system to keep the hiring process organized and efficient. Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability is a key part of the role. Additionally, the recruiter will facilitate clear communication between candidates and hiring teams, streamlining the overall hiring process. Required Qualifications
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the IT sector. Proven expertise in handling full-life cycle recruiting and hiring processes is essential. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is required to manage candidate pipelines effectively. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory. The role requires the ability to work effectively in an onsite environment and candidates should be immediately available to start. Additionally, residing within a commutable distance to Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan, is necessary for this position.
