Key Responsibilities
You will conduct outbound calls to both potential and existing customers, promoting and selling final expense insurance policies tailored to their needs. Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable insurance solutions will be a core part of your daily activities. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through effective communication and timely follow-up is critical to your success.

Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas consistently is expected. You will provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and delivering accurate information about our products. Utilizing proven sales techniques and strategies to overcome objections and close sales effectively will be essential.

Staying up to date with product knowledge, sales methodologies, and industry trends is important to continuously enhance your sales performance and maintain a competitive edge.

Required Qualifications
Strong communication skills are a must, enabling you to engage customers effectively and build rapport quickly. A demonstrated passion for sales and a results-driven mindset are critical for success in this role. You should be comfortable working in person and managing outbound sales calls professionally. Fluency in English is preferred to ensure clear and effective communication with customers.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with a minimum of two years’ experience in customer sales or a related field will be given priority.

We offer a competitive starting salary of Rs100,000 per month, complemented by an uncapped commission structure that rewards high performance generously.
