Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including managing accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive financial records and reports that reflect the company’s financial status accurately.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts to support strategic planning and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and internal company policies to maintain financial integrity.
- Collaborate closely with various departments to provide financial insights that aid in informed decision-making.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial processes to verify accuracy, identify discrepancies, and improve efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience working as an Accounts Officer or in a comparable accounting role, with a solid track record of managing accounting functions effectively.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and best practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software applications as well as Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for financial analysis and reporting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities to address financial discrepancies and optimize processes.
