Job Summary
Markloops is seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team on a night shift schedule. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to international clients, primarily targeting markets in North America, Europe, and Australia. This role focuses on promoting our products and services while consistently meeting or exceeding sales and performance targets. Exceptional communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and fluency in both written and spoken English are critical for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
The Customer Service Representative will conduct outbound calls based on assigned campaigns, engaging with international clients professionally and clearly to promote Markloops’ offerings. Maintaining a high level of accuracy, the representative will document all client interactions and calls using CRM or other reporting tools.
Following provided scripts, the candidate will adapt conversations naturally to address client needs and handle queries or objections courteously and effectively. Meeting or surpassing daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals is essential.
Additionally, the role involves providing valuable feedback to supervisors regarding client needs, challenges, and potential opportunities for new products or services. Collaboration with team members to refine outreach strategies and achieve collective objectives is also expected. Throughout all interactions, the representative will uphold the company’s professionalism and core values.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Previous experience in call center, telemarketing, or customer service roles is highly preferred, especially involving international client engagement.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills are necessary to effectively promote products and close sales. A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding performance metrics is essential. The ability to work efficiently during night shifts is required.
Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM software is expected. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, capable of working independently, and able to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
