Production Engineer

Job Summary
We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented professional to manage shift operations on the PSF production line. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that production consistently meets quality standards while maintaining optimal process conditions for stable and efficient operations. This role demands close collaboration with the Quality Team, Production Supervisor, and Process Operators to monitor performance metrics and implement timely corrective actions. A strong emphasis on health, safety, and environmental compliance is vital, along with meticulous documentation of production activities and continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire shift operations of the PSF production line, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow throughout the shift.
- Work closely with the Quality Team, Production Supervisor, and Process Operators to maintain production output that aligns with established quality benchmarks.
- Continuously monitor process parameters to sustain optimal conditions, ensuring reliable and stable production runs.
- Analyze process variability to identify root causes of inefficiencies or deviations, and implement corrective measures in accordance with operational guidelines.
- Enforce strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental protocols during all shift activities.
- Prepare and maintain accurate and timely production reports, documenting any process deviations, corrective actions, and improvements on a regular basis.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field.
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in continuous chemical processing, oil refining, polymer production, or extrusion plant operations.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve process issues.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly to meet operational objectives.

- Salary Range: Rs55,000 to Rs85,000 per month
- Work Location: On-site
