Social Media Manager

Job Summary
Digital Otters is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to join our team at our DHA Phase 4 office in Lahore. This full-time, on-site position requires managing and growing our social media presence across multiple platforms for both our in-house brand and clients. The ideal candidate will develop and execute effective social media strategies, create engaging content, and drive audience growth in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Working hours are Monday through Saturday, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive social media strategies tailored to Digital Otters and its clients. This includes creating compelling and brand-consistent content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. The role involves scheduling posts, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting strategies to maximize engagement and follower growth.

Promptly responding to comments, direct messages, and inquiries while maintaining a consistent brand voice is essential. The manager will collaborate closely with the design and video editing teams to produce creative assets that enhance social media campaigns. Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices is critical to maintaining a competitive edge.

Additionally, the role includes managing paid social media campaigns, optimizing them for reach, engagement, and conversions. The Social Media Manager will also prepare and present monthly performance reports to both management and clients, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have 1 to 2 years of proven experience managing social media accounts successfully. A strong understanding of various social media platforms, current trends, and analytics tools is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to craft engaging content and interact professionally with audiences.

Basic graphic design skills are preferred, with proficiency in tools like Canva or similar platforms considered a plus. Experience using Meta Ads Manager is highly advantageous for managing paid campaigns effectively. The ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently is crucial for success in this role.

Applicants must be based in or willing to relocate to DHA, Lahore, as this is an on-site position.
