Key Responsibilities
The HR Manager will lead and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Maintaining accurate and comprehensive employee records and HR databases to ensure data integrity is a critical part of this role. The candidate will also develop and implement effective onboarding and orientation programs to facilitate smooth integration of new hires.
Planning and coordinating employee engagement activities, internal events, and team-building initiatives will be essential to boost morale and foster collaboration. The role includes overseeing administrative HR tasks such as documentation, scheduling meetings, and resource allocation to streamline daily operations.
Monitoring attendance, leave records, and performance tracking systems to ensure compliance and productivity is another key responsibility. The HR Manager will draft, update, and enforce HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and official communications to maintain consistency and compliance.
Ensuring full adherence to applicable labor laws and internal HR procedures is mandatory. The HR Manager will act as a primary point of contact for employee concerns, conflict resolution, and grievance handling, providing a supportive environment for staff. Additionally, the role requires providing strategic input on workforce planning and organizational development initiatives to align HR efforts with business goals.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in HR management is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to engage effectively with all levels of the organization.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership abilities are crucial for success in this role. Proficiency in HR software and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is expected. The candidate must demonstrate a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
The ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment is vital to meet the demands of this position.
