Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Store Supervisor to join our team at the Apple Store located in Dolmen Mall, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology products from leading brands such as Samsung, Xiaomi, Apple, and others. This role demands proven experience in retail supervision, excellent leadership abilities, and a strong focus on driving sales while upholding exceptional customer service standards. The Store Supervisor will play a critical role in managing daily store operations, mentoring staff, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities
The Store Supervisor will oversee all daily store activities to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. You will provide expert advice and detailed product knowledge on smartphones, accessories, and gadgets from top brands including Samsung, Apple, Xiaomi, and more. Training and mentoring store staff is a key part of this role, focusing on enhancing their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.

Inventory management is another important responsibility. You will monitor stock levels closely and work collaboratively with the inventory team to maintain the availability of key products. Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints professionally and efficiently is essential to maintaining the store’s reputation.

Additionally, you will implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets, boosting both individual and team performance. Maintaining store cleanliness and ensuring that all product displays are attractive, well-organized, and aligned with brand standards will also fall under your purview.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification, though this is preferred rather than mandatory. A minimum of two years’ experience in retail, ideally within the technology or electronics sector, is required. A strong understanding of technology products and current market trends is essential to effectively guide customers and staff.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are critical for this role, as you will be managing a team and interacting with diverse customers. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, is necessary to meet the store’s operational needs.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
We offer a competitive monthly salary package ranging from PKR 50,000 to 60,000. Upon successful completion of the probation period, incentives will be provided to reward your contributions.
