Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong managerial expertise combined with a deep understanding of accounting principles. This role requires a proactive leader capable of guiding and mentoring junior staff while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations and driving best practices within the department to support the company’s financial health.

Key Responsibilities
The Accounts Manager will supervise and manage all daily accounting activities to maintain an efficient workflow. This includes leading the accounting team to ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial reports. You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring they comply with relevant laws and regulations. Managing accounts receivable and payable processes efficiently is a critical part of this role. Additionally, you will monitor internal controls and enforce departmental best practices to mitigate risks and improve processes. Coordination with external auditors and tax consultants is essential to facilitate audits and address tax-related matters promptly and accurately.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold an ACCA qualification, which is mandatory for this position. A minimum of 7 to 10 years of supervisory experience within an accounts or finance department is required, demonstrating a proven track record of leadership and financial management. Proficiency in accounting software is essential, along with advanced skills in MS Excel to handle complex data and reporting tasks. Strong communication and leadership abilities are necessary to effectively manage the team and liaise with other departments. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently are also critical to succeed in this role.

Job Details
This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive salary range of Rs150,000.00 to Rs250,000.00 per month.
