Job Summary
Skin Xperts by Dr. Javed Alam Farooqui is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Chat Support Representative to join their team. This role involves managing customer inquiries and concerns through online chat platforms, providing expert advice on skincare products and related issues. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, fluency in both English and Urdu, and the ability to work efficiently in a virtual support environment. Key Responsibilities
The Chat Support Representative will be responsible for promptly and accurately responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback via chat platforms. Maintaining a formal and consultative tone is crucial when addressing customer questions and offering product-related guidance. The role requires analyzing customer issues to deliver timely and effective solutions while ensuring all queries are resolved within designated timelines. Strong organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously without compromising professionalism or accuracy.

The candidate must perform consistently under pressure, providing reliable support regardless of the situation. Educating customers about skincare products, their proper usage, and addressing skin or hair-related concerns with confidence and enthusiasm is a key part of the role. Additionally, the representative will take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure punctual delivery of results, contributing to the overall customer satisfaction and brand reputation.

Required Qualifications
Applicants should have a minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably involving chat or online support. A strong knowledge of skincare products and a basic understanding of common skin and hair issues are essential. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Urdu is required to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.

Excellent typing speed and accuracy, along with comfort using laptops for real-time online communication, are important for this position. The candidate must maintain a calm, polite, and empathetic tone in all written communications. Familiarity with professional guidelines and company policies, and the ability to adhere to them consistently, is expected. A natural enthusiasm for customer service, combined with a proactive and engaging approach to client interactions, will set the successful candidate apart.

Candidates must be 19 years of age or older. While applications are open to all age groups meeting the above criteria, those from regular or non-regular students, individuals on seasonal breaks, or internship seekers will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This is a full-time, in-person position based in Gulistan E Johar, Karachi. The working hours are from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (morning shift). The role offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs40,000 per month.
