Data Analyst

Job Summary
We are looking for a meticulous and skilled Data Analyst to join our team, playing a crucial role in managing, interpreting, and leveraging diverse data sets to support both daily business operations and long-term strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in data analysis, especially within the e-commerce or retail sectors, and demonstrate strong technical expertise alongside excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile courier data by tracking shipments, confirming deliveries, and monitoring returns to ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
- Analyze software-generated data, including sales performance, customer behavior trends, and system metrics, to uncover patterns and identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor inventory levels closely, focusing on stock quantities, reorder thresholds, and turnover rates to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce stockouts or overstock situations.
- Reconcile bank statements by matching transactions, investigating discrepancies, and maintaining balanced and accurate financial records.
- Evaluate advertising account performance across platforms such as Facebook and other social media channels to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing spend.
- Track and analyze expenses by processing vendor invoices, managing payments, and categorizing expenditures to maintain financial discipline and control.
- Develop and maintain robust databases, data systems, and processes that uphold data integrity and support business intelligence efforts.
- Create compelling data visualizations and detailed reports that communicate insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including marketing, finance, and operations—to provide data-driven recommendations that support business growth and strategic planning.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within the e-commerce or retail industries.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly and effectively to non-technical audiences, facilitating better decision-making.

Additional Information
- Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Employment type: Full-time, on-site position.
- Salary range: Rs35,000 to Rs50,000 per month.
- Location: On-site work environment.
