Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated professional with a minimum of three years’ experience in assortment packing to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the Finishing In-charge and Production Manager to meet packing targets efficiently. This position demands strong supervisory capabilities to oversee accessories handling and ensure discipline within the packing department. The role is full-time and requires the candidate to be present on-site, contributing directly to the smooth operation of packing processes.

Key Responsibilities
The candidate will work closely with the Finishing In-charge and Production Manager to ensure that packing targets are consistently achieved. Supervisory duties include managing the handling and packing of accessories, verifying that all items are accurately received from the store. Maintaining discipline and order within the packing department is essential to foster a productive and efficient work environment.

An important aspect of the role is managing a quarantine area designated for unchecked items, which helps prevent quality issues before products move forward in the process. The candidate will conduct thorough inspections on quantity, quality, size, and color of items where applicable, ensuring that all packing meets the required standards.

To maintain consistency, the candidate must ensure that approved samples are available for each accessory, trim, and label.
