Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable and proactive professional to join our team full-time, primarily overseeing daily purchasing and delivery operations. This role demands effective coordination with vendors and internal departments to ensure the prompt procurement and transportation of goods and documents. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, punctual, and capable of efficiently managing outdoor tasks while maintaining precise records. Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all daily purchasing activities, which includes sourcing items from a variety of vendors and markets. Ensuring the timely pickup and delivery of goods, documents, and other materials is a critical aspect of this role. Close collaboration with the procurement and administration teams is essential to support the organization’s operational needs effectively.

Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all purchases and deliveries is mandatory to uphold transparency and accountability within the department. The individual must handle all items with care and strictly adhere to delivery schedules to meet the company’s standards. Additionally, the role requires performing other outdoor duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility, teamwork, and a willingness to support various operational tasks.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have completed at least Matriculation or Intermediate education. A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role is required, with preference given to those who have worked in a retail environment.

A valid motorcycle driving license is mandatory for this position. Furthermore, candidates must own a personal motorcycle that is well-maintained and accompanied by all necessary documentation. This ensures the candidate can independently manage transportation requirements efficiently and reliably.
