Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various communication channels, including calls and chats on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. Your role involves resolving customer questions efficiently by providing clear, accurate, and helpful information. Additionally, you will handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, collaborating closely with your team to ensure every customer receives VIP treatment and a satisfactory resolution. Your ability to maintain a positive and solution-oriented approach will be key in fostering customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience in customer support or a related role. Strong proficiency in both written and verbal English is essential to communicate effectively and professionally with customers. The educational requirement for this position is at least an Intermediate level qualification. Additionally, candidates should be able to type at a speed of 40 words per minute with high accuracy. Familiarity with keyboard shortcuts and efficient typing skills will help you manage customer interactions swiftly and effectively.

Additional Information
This is a full-time position based in Korangi, Mehran Town, near Brooks Chawrangi. The working hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, providing a structured schedule that supports work-life balance. The monthly salary for this role ranges from Rs35,000 to Rs45,000, depending on the candidate’s experience and skill set.
