Key Responsibilities
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to enhance FMX’s market presence. You will develop and execute tailored sales strategies specifically designed for courier and cargo services. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate clients and strategic partners is essential.

You will prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients, showcasing our service offerings and value proposition. Conducting comprehensive market research and competitor analysis will be crucial to uncover emerging trends and opportunities. Collaboration with operations and customer service teams is necessary to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.

Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets is a critical aspect of this role, requiring consistent focus and dedication.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of three years of relevant experience in business development is required, preferably within the logistics, courier, or cargo sectors. A strong understanding of cargo and logistics operations is essential to effectively engage with clients and tailor solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are mandatory to build rapport and close deals. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities. Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software is also required to manage client information and sales pipelines efficiently.
