Job Summary
We are urgently hiring for two full-time positions at our DG Khan branch: Junior Medical Biller and Credentialing Executive. Key Responsibilities

Junior Medical Biller:
- Prepare and generate accurate billing reports while strictly adhering to healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Provide management with regular updates on collection status and revenue-related metrics to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Work closely with billing teams to analyze billing data, identify areas for process improvement, and maintain the integrity of financial reports.

Credentialing Executive:
- Coordinate with billing teams and healthcare providers to ensure correct coding and thorough documentation of medical services rendered.
- Review and analyze aging reports to manage outstanding accounts receivable, promoting timely collection of payments.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to claim denials, underpayments, and payment discrepancies to minimize revenue leakage.
- Maintain proactive communication with insurance companies to follow up on unpaid or rejected claims, ensuring prompt resolution and payment recovery.

Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory for both Junior Medical Biller and Credentialing Executive positions.
- Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of medical billing processes and healthcare documentation.
- Willingness and availability to work full-time at the DG Khan branch during standard office hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
