Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable and professional Driver to join our Administration/Transport department at our Islamabad office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of staff, clients, and visitors to various locations. This role demands strict adherence to traffic laws, punctuality, and a commitment to maintaining vehicle condition. Additionally, the Driver will assist office personnel as needed and report directly to the Admin Officer/HR Department. A high level of professionalism, courtesy, and discretion is essential in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibility is to operate company vehicles safely, ensuring the secure transport of personnel and visitors to assigned destinations. The Driver must guarantee punctual arrivals and departures while complying with all traffic regulations and company policies related to transportation.

Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and ensuring regular servicing and upkeep is a critical part of this role. The Driver will conduct routine inspections, including checks on oil, water, brakes, and tires, to ensure the vehicle remains in optimal condition. Accurate record-keeping is also required, including logs of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance history.

The Driver will assist office staff with loading and unloading documents or goods when necessary. Any vehicle damage or maintenance issues must be reported immediately to the relevant department to avoid operational disruptions.

Ensuring all vehicle documentation—such as registration, insurance, and driving licenses—are current and valid is mandatory. Throughout all duties, the Driver must maintain a courteous and professional demeanor when interacting with company employees and visitors.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a valid driving license. Proven experience as a driver, ideally within a corporate or office environment, is essential. A strong knowledge of local routes and traffic laws is required to ensure efficient and safe transportation.

The role demands discretion in handling confidential information. Physical fitness and a neat, presentable appearance are necessary to meet the job’s requirements. Punctuality, responsibility, and reliability are key attributes for success in this position.

A basic understanding of vehicle maintenance is advantageous, helping to identify and address potential issues proactively. The minimum educational qualification required is Matriculation or an equivalent level of education.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
While not mandatory, prior experience working in a similar administrative or corporate setting will be considered a plus. This full-time position is based in Islamabad and requires the candidate to be present on-site.

The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs35,000. The successful candidate will be expected to uphold high standards of safety, professionalism, and courtesy at all times.
