PR / Networking Manager

Job Summary
Our organization, located on Main PWD Road Islamabad, is seeking a dedicated PR/Networking/Collaboration Manager (male or female) to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with government, semi-government, national, and international entities. This position focuses on initiating and managing strategic partnerships that align with our organizational goals while promoting our HR services through effective public relations efforts. Candidates should ensure the office location is convenient for daily commuting before applying.

Key Responsibilities
The PR/Networking/Collaboration Manager will be responsible for cultivating and sustaining robust relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including government bodies, semi-government organizations, and both national and international institutions. This role requires proactive initiation and management of collaborations and strategic partnerships that support and advance the organization’s objectives.

The manager will liaise with relevant stakeholders to identify and pursue HR-related opportunities and projects, ensuring alignment with company goals. Drafting proposals, Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), and official communications will be a critical part of the role to formalize partnerships and collaborations.

In addition, the candidate will monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities for expansion and collaboration. Promoting the company’s HR services through well-planned public relations strategies is essential to enhance the organization’s visibility and reputation. Managing the company’s public image and maintaining clear communication with external stakeholders will also fall under this role.

Required Qualifications
Applicants should be between 20 and 35 years of age and must be single. Educational qualifications include a BBA, MBA, BS, or Master’s degree. Candidates should have a minimum of two years of experience in an office-based role, preferably related to public relations, networking, or collaborations.

Strong coordination skills and a confident personality are essential for success in this position. Proficiency in computer use, internet navigation, emailing, and communication tools is required. The candidate must be able to work office hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with Sunday as the weekly off.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 65,000 to Rs. 75,000. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on strategic partnerships and organizational growth.
