Job Summary
SEEE Technologies is looking for a motivated Solar Sales Executive to join its growing team in Rawalpindi/Islamabad. This full-time position focuses on the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar sector, offering an excellent opportunity for professionals passionate about advancing clean energy solutions. Key Responsibilities
The Solar Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities within the C&I solar market. Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients is essential to foster trust and repeat business. The role requires preparing and presenting customized solar proposals, conducting site assessments, and developing financial models that help clients make informed decisions.

Collaboration is key, as the executive will work closely with engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution from start to finish. Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets is a critical performance measure. Accurate record-keeping in the CRM system and timely generation of sales performance reports are also required.

Additionally, the candidate will represent SEEE Technologies at industry events and client meetings, enhancing the company’s visibility and expanding its professional network. The role involves local and national travel to meet clients and attend relevant events, supported by travel allowances.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience in Commercial & Industrial solar sales, with a strong focus on B2B engagements. A solid understanding of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems and net metering policies is essential to effectively communicate technical and financial benefits to clients.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are necessary to engage clients and stakeholders confidently. The ability to independently manage a sales pipeline and close deals is a must. Candidates must own a car or bike to facilitate client visits and be willing to travel as required. Travel and daily allowances will be provided for outstation assignments.

A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred, supporting the technical and commercial aspects of the role.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
SEEE Technologies offers a fixed monthly salary of PKR 100,000, complemented by a performance-based sales commission to reward successful deal closures. A petrol allowance is provided to support field travel expenses.

Additional benefits include an annual bonus awarded upon achieving sales targets, as well as travel and daily allowances for out-of-city assignments.
