Sales Representative Executive (Night Shift)

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive (Fresher) to join our growing team based in Lahore. Key Responsibilities
The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging potential customers through various channels including phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to understand their needs effectively. You will present, promote, and sell our products or services by using persuasive and well-structured sales arguments. Building and maintaining positive client relationships is essential to encourage repeat business and foster customer loyalty.

Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently is a critical aspect of this role. You will also handle customer queries professionally and efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools will be part of your daily routine. Additionally, active participation in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops will be expected to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, although this is preferred and not mandatory. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, along with excellent interpersonal and persuasion abilities. A willingness to learn and thrive in a target-oriented environment is crucial.

Basic proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team is important. A positive attitude and resilience, especially when handling rejection, will help you succeed in this role. Fluency in English is mandatory. Candidates should have 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
Candidates with prior internship or project experience in sales or customer service will have an advantage. Comfort with making outbound and cold calls is essential, as proficiency in outbound calling is a key requirement for this position.

Please note that the role requires willingness to work night shifts from 11 PM to 6 AM, which is a mandatory condition for employment.
