Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Account Executive to join our dynamic team in a client-facing sales role focused on international B2B engagements within the IT and SaaS sectors. This position centers on outbound sales and consultative selling, distinctly separate from accounting or finance responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills and a strong technical grasp of software services. The role involves managing and nurturing client relationships primarily across the US, Canada, and UK markets, driving new business growth, and collaborating closely with internal teams to achieve company sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
As the primary point of contact for international clients in the US, Canada, and UK, you will develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. You will be responsible for understanding clients’ technical requirements and effectively translating these needs to internal operations and business development teams. Presenting the company’s portfolio and technical capabilities clearly and persuasively will be a critical part of your role.
You will proactively identify new sales opportunities through networking, market research, and cold outreach efforts. Conducting discovery calls, delivering tailored software demonstrations, and preparing customized proposals will be essential to advancing sales conversations. Negotiating contracts and closing deals in alignment with organizational goals will also be a key responsibility.
Effective use of CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline and provide regular performance reports is expected. You will work independently, managing complex sales cycles from initial prospecting through to closing, ensuring a seamless client experience and consistent achievement of sales targets.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of three years’ experience in outbound B2B sales, preferably within IT, SaaS, or software services, is essential. A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets is required.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills are critical for success in this role. Strong negotiation abilities and expertise in consultative selling techniques are necessary to navigate complex sales processes. Proficiency with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite is expected to efficiently manage client data and sales activities.
The ability to work independently and manage end-to-end sales cycles is vital. Additionally, candidates must be willing and able to work night shift hours, specifically from 6 PM to 2 AM, to align with client time zones and maximize engagement opportunities.
Job Type and Compensation
This is a full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs100,000 to Rs200,000, commensurate with experience and performance.
