Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO in both office management and business development functions. This full-time, on-site position is based in Model Town, Lahore, and involves managing daily office operations, coordinating client communications, and assisting in the generation of new business opportunities. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO to streamline internal workflows and actively participate in outreach efforts aimed at expanding the client base through online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Office & Executive Support
As the CEO’s primary support, you will oversee daily operational tasks to ensure smooth office functioning. This includes managing client communications across multiple channels such as email, WhatsApp, and chat platforms. You will monitor team performance by updating progress reports and identifying critical issues that require attention. Handling payroll processing, attendance tracking, basic HR documentation, and vendor coordination are also essential duties. Additionally, you will organize and maintain schedules, follow-ups, and task lists efficiently, while consistently upholding professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
Business Development Support
You will assist in identifying and generating new business leads by researching potential clients and initiating introductory communications via messages or emails. Coordinating and scheduling meetings or follow-ups between the CEO and prospective clients will be part of your role. Maintaining accurate records of outreach efforts, client responses, and feedback is crucial to track progress. You will also be encouraged to propose innovative strategies to grow the client base and enhance overall business development initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, online research, and client communication tools.
- Comfortable using MS Office and Google Workspace applications such as Docs and Sheets.
- Self-motivated, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and possessing a professional demeanor.
