Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to assist our Sales Manager in managing daily sales operations and customer interactions. This role is pivotal in handling sales leads, preparing proposals, and ensuring smooth coordination across internal teams to guarantee timely order processing and delivery. The successful candidate will be involved in both pre-sales and post-sales activities, collaborating closely with marketing and technical departments to align sales strategies with ongoing campaigns and project requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Manager with daily operational tasks and maintain clear, consistent communication with customers to enhance their experience.
- Follow up on incoming sales leads promptly, prepare comprehensive proposals, and assist in the creation of all necessary sales documentation.
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments such as logistics, technical, and marketing teams to ensure orders are processed smoothly and products are delivered on schedule.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and technical documents required for sales processes, while also generating regular sales performance reports to track progress.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, client visits, and presentations, providing support throughout both pre-sales and post-sales phases to maintain strong client relationships.
- Work closely with marketing and technical teams to ensure that sales activities are well-aligned with marketing campaigns and specific project requirements, enhancing overall sales effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Renewable Energy, or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales coordination or customer-facing role; experience within the solar or renewable energy sector is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to clients who may not have a technical background.
- Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, to efficiently manage documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
While not mandatory, experience in the renewable energy sector will be considered a strong advantage. This role offers a full-time, on-site position with a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs60,000.
