Key Responsibilities
The Corporate Banking Officer will oversee the processing of corporate account openings, modifications, and closures from initiation to completion. Maintaining impeccable accuracy is paramount. The officer will conduct thorough quality checks to guarantee 100% accuracy in account records and documentation. Meeting or exceeding established service level agreements (SLAs) and turnaround times for all account servicing tasks is expected.
The role also involves identifying opportunities to streamline processes, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and improving client satisfaction. Staying current with evolving banking regulations and internal policies related to corporate account management is necessary to maintain compliance.

Required Qualifications
