Job Summary
OneScreen Solutions, headquartered in Islamabad, is a global frontrunner in smart collaboration technology. We provide an integrated ecosystem that includes interactive displays, video conferencing solutions, AI-driven software, and dedicated customer support. We are currently looking for a creative and strategic Social Media and Content Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on managing and expanding our social media presence, supporting content creation, and assisting with branding and public relations initiatives. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, innovative, and capable of enhancing our brand visibility across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring community interactions.
- Develop fresh and creative content ideas in partnership with the design team that align with OneScreen’s brand voice, vision, and values.
- Work closely with the branding team to ensure a consistent and compelling brand narrative, public image, and audience perception.
- Support public relations efforts by drafting articles, blogs, press releases, and other communication materials that effectively convey the company’s message.
- Conduct research to identify new online platforms and promotional opportunities to broaden brand reach and engagement.
- Stay updated on social media trends, competitor campaigns, and industry best practices to refine strategies and maintain a competitive advantage.
- Analyze social media metrics and campaign performance data to generate actionable insights that improve future content and marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in managing social media channels, content creation, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional writing, communication, and editing skills, with the ability to produce engaging articles, blogs, and social media content.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and the importance of maintaining a positive public image.
- Experience in public relations activities, including drafting press releases and other corporate communications.
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer, alongside familiarity with Google Analytics for performance tracking.
- Creative thinker with excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with design and branding teams.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
Additional Information
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Islamabad. The anticipated start date is June 25, 2025. The monthly salary range for this role is Rs70,000 to Rs90,000.
