Customer Sales Representative – Automotive Industry

Job Summary
Squad International is actively seeking motivated and skilled Customer Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team in the automotive export sector. This full-time role is based in PECHS Block 2, Karachi, with working hours from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The primary focus is on promoting and selling Japanese vehicles to international clients, mainly from the UK and Caribbean markets. The ideal candidate will excel in customer engagement, ensuring smooth transaction processes while delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Sales Representative, you will be the key point of contact for international clients. Your daily activities will include engaging customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to promote Japanese vehicles. Prompt and professional responses to inquiries are essential, providing accurate information and tailored assistance to meet client needs. Building and maintaining strong relationships through timely follow-ups and personalized support will be critical to your success.

You will assist clients in selecting vehicles that align with their preferences and requirements, ensuring a seamless buying experience. Maintaining and updating the CRM system with lead statuses and client interactions is crucial for accurate record-keeping and sales tracking. Coordination with logistics and documentation teams will be necessary to facilitate smooth export transactions. Meeting and exceeding daily and monthly sales targets will contribute directly to the company’s growth and your personal success.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, ideally within the automotive or export industries. Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written, are essential to effectively interact with international clients. Confidence and persuasiveness combined with a customer-focused mindset will help you thrive in this role.

The ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment is important. Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software is required to manage client data and sales activities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Squad International offers a competitive compensation package that includes a basic salary plus sales commissions. Additional incentives include an attendance bonus of PKR 5,000 and an attire bonus of PKR 5,000. The monthly salary range is between PKR 35,000 and PKR 70,000, depending on performance and experience.

This position requires in-person attendance, providing an excellent opportunity to collaborate closely with the team and engage directly with clients. The expected start date for this role is June 24, 2025.
