Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time E-commerce Coordinator to join our team in Karachi. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring a seamless online shopping experience by combining strategic oversight with hands-on management of e-commerce operations and warehouse activities. Key Responsibilities
The E-commerce Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including managing inventory and stock control specifically for men’s and women’s western clothing. You will manage product listings across various e-commerce platforms, ensuring that titles, descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate and up to date. Promptly responding to customer inquiries received via social media, email, and phone is a vital part of this role, helping to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Additionally, you will coordinate packaging and dispatch processes to ensure orders are delivered on time and without errors. The role also involves assisting in the continuous improvement of operational processes to boost efficiency and enhance the overall customer experience. Your ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution will be key to success in this position.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must possess excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu to effectively interact with customers and team members. Prior experience in customer service, particularly through digital communication channels, is essential. A strong understanding of e-commerce operations and fashion retail, with a focus on men’s and women’s clothing, is required to manage product listings and inventory accurately.

We are looking for individuals who are highly motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage their time efficiently and work independently. These qualities will enable you to handle the diverse responsibilities of this role effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
While not mandatory, previous experience working with e-commerce platforms and related tools will be considered an advantage. Basic knowledge of stock control systems and order fulfillment workflows is also desirable, as it will help streamline warehouse operations.

This is a part-time, temporary contract position with a duration of six months, making it suitable for freshers, interns, or those seeking contract work to gain valuable industry experience. The compensation for this role is up to Rs25,000 per month. The expected start date is July 1, 2025.
