Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Finance Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. Key Responsibilities
As a Corporate Finance Analyst, you will analyze the company’s financial performance to identify key trends, strengths, and areas needing improvement. You will prepare comprehensive financial reports, dashboards, and performance analyses tailored for management and key stakeholders. Conducting variance analysis will be a critical part of your role, enabling you to deliver actionable insights that optimize business operations.
You will monitor and evaluate essential financial ratios, including profitability, liquidity, and efficiency metrics, to provide a clear picture of the company’s financial status. Collaboration is key; you will work closely with accounting and operations teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Developing financial models and forecasts will support strategic decision-making processes, while assisting in budget preparation and financial planning will be part of your regular duties. Additionally, you will support both internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. Professional certifications such as CA, ACCA, or an MBA with a focus on Finance are highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage.
You should have a minimum of four years’ experience in financial analysis, performance reporting, and financial modeling. Experience working with a Big 6 audit firm is preferred, reflecting a high standard of technical expertise.
A strong understanding of financial statements, key performance indicators (KPIs), and financial ratios is essential. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, along with familiarity with financial modeling software such as SAP, QuickBooks, or Tableau.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills are critical to succeed in this role. Effective communication and presentation abilities are also necessary to convey complex financial information clearly. The ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is expected.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
While not mandatory, candidates with experience in a Big 6 audit firm will have an edge due to the rigorous financial standards and exposure gained. This position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 80,000 to Rs 140,000, reflecting the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
