Designer – Bags & Accessories (Fresh Graduate)

Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Designer specializing in Bags and Accessories to join our fashion design team at our DHA Phase 3, Lahore office. This full-time role is perfect for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of relevant experience who are passionate about learning and growing within the fashion industry. The successful candidate will contribute to designing and developing stylish, functional products including bags, wallets, belts, and other accessories that reflect current trends and the brand’s unique aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities
The Designer will assist in creating mood boards, sketches, and design concepts specifically for bags and accessories. Conducting market research and trend analysis will be essential to support the design development process. Collaboration with senior designers is crucial to help develop seasonal collections that align with brand direction. The role also includes supporting material selection, color matching, and hardware detailing to ensure the highest product quality.

Additionally, the Designer will prepare technical packs and specification sheets, and assist in sample development to bring concepts to life. Maintaining organized design files and records is important for an efficient workflow. The position requires communication with suppliers and vendors to coordinate sampling and production activities. Participation in fittings, presentations, and internal design reviews will help refine and finalize designs.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Accessory Design, Textile Design, or a related field. A strong creative and aesthetic sense, combined with a genuine passion for fashion and accessories, is essential. Basic knowledge of materials and fabrication techniques related to bags and accessories is required.

Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW is expected. Good drawing and sketching skills, whether manual or digital, are necessary to effectively communicate design ideas. Attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and adaptability are key traits for success in this role. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are also important to collaborate effectively within the design team and with external partners.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Internship experience in fashion or accessory design will be considered an advantage. Candidates with an awareness of current trends in bags and accessories will have an edge. Understanding the fashion production process is a plus, as it supports smoother coordination between design and manufacturing.

This position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs45,000 to Rs60,000.
