Mentoring junior developers is essential; you will guide onboarding, set performance goals, and provide constructive feedback. Participation in preparing RFPs, estimations, and scrum ceremonies will support effective delivery of modules and user stories.
You will create and review technical documentation such as functional design specifications, test cases, and deployment guides. Conducting peer code and design document reviews to suggest improvements will help maintain high standards.
Engagement with clients to clarify requirements, present design options, and support customer satisfaction initiatives is expected. You will also contribute to ERP/CRM practice activities including knowledge sharing sessions, hackathons, and reusable content development.
Supporting pre-sales and go-to-market activities related to Workday Financials offerings will be part of your responsibilities. Managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining quality and client focus is vital.
