Job Summary
At PwC, the People Operations team is integral to managing the full employee lifecycle and overseeing daily workforce management activities. This includes onboarding and offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, absence management, employee record maintenance, compliance with labor laws, and responding to employee inquiries. The team ensures that HR processes and systems function seamlessly to support the organization’s workforce effectively.

In this role, you will engage in all facets of Human Resources operations, handling HR transactions and administrative duties. You will act as a primary point of contact for HR-related questions, resolving or escalating issues according to established protocols. Working collaboratively within the team, you will contribute to addressing complex business challenges, from strategic planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and absence tracking.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records while ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Serve as a primary HR contact, addressing employee inquiries and resolving or escalating issues as needed.
- Support HR processes and systems to guarantee smooth operational delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to solve complex HR and business challenges.
- Uphold professional and technical standards, adhering to the firm’s code of conduct and independence requirements.
- Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and support informed decision-making.
- Continuously enhance commercial awareness and deepen understanding of business operations.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Human Resources or related functions.
- Graduate degree in a relevant discipline.
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear expression of ideas.
- Ability to accept and act constructively on feedback.
- Proficiency in managing large data sets.
- Advanced skills in Power BI and Excel.
- Commitment to confidentiality, conflict resolution, and emotional regulation.
- Familiarity with HR software, employee engagement strategies, and HR service delivery models.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience in Human Resources is preferred.
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a growth mindset.
- Ability to appreciate diverse perspectives and promote inclusion.
- Experience with HR metrics, policy implementation, and shared services environments.
- Skills in coordinating staff, managing employee relations, and handling terminations.
